Our team carefully prepares each order within 1-2 business days of purchase. During peak seasons, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx):
– Shipping fee: $12.95
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
– Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping (EMS):
– Available for orders over $50
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
– Economical option for patient collectors

Note: Delivery estimates exclude customs clearance time. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Process

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition. Like the intricate details of our MTH Electric Trains, we’ve designed this process for precision and collector satisfaction.

Step-by-Step Return Process

    • Item(s) for return
    • Reason for return
    • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
  2. Receive Return Authorization
    Within 1 business day, we’ll email:
    • Return Authorization Number (RMA)
    • Prepaid return shipping label (US customers)
    • Detailed packing instructions
  3. Package Your Items
    Include:
    • All original packaging and protective materials
    • Unused accessories and documentation
    • Copy of invoice (packed separately)
  4. Ship Your Return
    • US customers: Use provided prepaid label
    • International collectors: Use original shipping method (DHL/FedEx for Standard, EMS for Free Shipping)
    • Declare as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
    • Email us the tracking number
  5. Processing Your Return
    Upon receipt at our San Antonio workshop (typically 3-5 business days after shipping):
    • Inspection within 2 business days
    • Email confirmation of approval/denial
    • Refund processed or exchange shipped

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their specialized nature, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Class One Model Works limited edition pieces (marked as “Final Sale”)
  • Opened Rapido Trains digital control sets
  • ScaleTrains items with activated warranty certificates
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items from Walthers Model Trains collection
