Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We proudly offer worldwide delivery, though some remote areas in Asia and other regions may have extended delivery times or restrictions. All orders are processed at our San Antonio workshop.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two premium shipping methods:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Handled by DHL or FedEx with full tracking and insurance (10-15 business days after processing)
Free Economy Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS postal service (15-25 business days with basic tracking)

How long does order processing take?
Each order requires 1-2 business days for our team of enthusiasts to carefully package your items with protective foam in our signature red Lionel packaging.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect due to our error.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item, with funds appearing in your account per your financial institution’s policies.

Why is tracking information not updating?
For EMS shipments, tracking may show limited updates until the package reaches your country. Standard shipping via DHL/FedEx provides comprehensive tracking throughout the journey.
